The company was fast and professional. They went the extra mile by putting a longer ridge vent on the roof from the one that was there to increase good air flow through the roof. For a very nominal price they also replaced some damaged siding with only two days notice. Really helpful and caring workers.

We had wind damage with missing shingles. Rain was forecast later in the day. We phoned Allender & Sons and left a message. The company phoned back within an hour. A couple of hours later Allender & Sons arrived to look at the roof. They provided a reasonable quote and noted with rain forecast we should repair. They left to purchase supplies and returned to finish the work.

Despite cold, wind, and frost on shake shingle roof, they worked for 8 hrs + for 2 days to get the job done for us, as we were leaving town, and had hoped to see the work finished. They didn’t let us down. Once done, they cleaned up everything that had been put or fallen on the ground. Also, and this was great. They noticed the new windows, that had been replaced in cupola this summer, had not been completely, caulked. They took it upon themselves to do this for us, at no extra charge.

Outstanding service!!! We had 2 insurance claim adjusters come to inspect for damage. Allender’s had previously checked the roof as advised by our insurance. Allender’s was present at each inspection to assist if needed. When the claim was okayed, the work started as soon as the weather permitted.

The crew arrive on the time they said they would be here and went right to work. They did the job in a professional manner. The owner and the crew were very efficient in cleaning the yard and making sure there was nothing left on the ground.
