Do I need three estimates?
No. Indiana insurers can't require multiple estimates or steer you to a specific shop. One estimate from the shop you choose is all you need.
How accurate is a photo estimate?
For cosmetic damage it's usually within 10% of the final bill. For collisions we confirm hidden damage in person and send any supplement straight to your insurer — you won't be surprised.
Will my car be repaired with OEM parts?
We follow manufacturer repair procedures and use OEM parts on structural and safety components. Where your policy allows alternatives, we'll explain the difference before any work starts.
How long will the repair take?
Most cosmetic repairs are done in 1–3 days. Our average for insurance collision repairs is 6.1 days, including parts and calibration.
