Furnace and heat pump service in Greenwood, Indiana
A furnace burns gas (or uses electric elements) to heat air; a heat pump moves heat from outside in. They fail in different ways, and both are worth a look before the coldest weeks.
What’s included
- Furnace or heat pump tested
- Burner, ignition and safety controls checked (gas units)
- The cause explained
- Repair or replacement options
- Pricing: ask the team
Thermostats and airflow in Greenwood, Indiana
A thermostat tells the system when to run; airflow decides where the heat or cooling ends up. Problems with either feel like the system is failing even when the equipment is fine.
What’s included
- Thermostat and wiring checked
- New thermostat set up for your system
- Vents, returns and airflow checked
- Pricing: ask the team
Maintenance and tune-ups in Greenwood, Indiana
A tune-up is a chance to catch a weak part in a mild week instead of finding it on the hottest or coldest day. Many homeowners do the furnace in fall and the AC in spring.
What’s included
- Seasonal check of furnace or AC
- Cleaning and adjustment
- What was found, explained
- Pricing: ask the team
Indoor air quality in Greenwood, Indiana

What’s included
- Talk through what you are noticing
- Filtration and humidity options
- Fit checked with your system

Ductwork in Greenwood, Indiana

- Repair or replacement options
- Airflow checked afterward
- Pricing: ask the team
How a visit goes.
Tell us
Call or send a request: what the system is doing, and what kind it is if you know.
A visit
A technician comes out, looks at the equipment and finds the cause.
Your choice
You hear what it needs and decide before any work starts.
Comfortable again
The work is done and the system is checked running before the technician leaves.
Questions about the work.
What should I check before calling?
The thermostat (mode, set temperature, batteries), the breakers for the indoor and outdoor units, the furnace power switch, and the air filter. Many no-heat and no-cooling calls start there.
When should I turn the system off and call right away?
A gas smell, a carbon monoxide alarm, a burning or electrical smell that does not fade, loud banging or grinding, or water pooling around the unit. For gas or carbon monoxide, leave the house first and call your gas utility or 911 from outside.
How often should I change the filter?
Check it monthly and change it when it looks dirty. Pets, dust and construction mean more often.
Where do I find my model number?
On the data plate: a sticker on the side of the outdoor unit, or inside the furnace or air handler door. A photo of it is enough.
Do you work in my town?
